You give us: your email address, the game footage you upload or link, and the player details you enter (name, age group, position, kit color, notes). Automatically: basic usage logs needed to run and secure the service. Payment card details go directly to Stripe — we never see or store them.
The service is for parents, coaches, and adult players. Footage often shows minors; we process it only to produce the report you requested, and we do not build profiles of, market to, or sell data about any player. Do not submit footage without the right to do so.
To produce your report (video is processed by our analysis pipeline and AI providers acting as processors), email you about your report and subscription, and operate the service. We do not sell personal information. Service providers we rely on: Stripe (payments), Resend (email), Supabase (storage and database), Vercel (hosting), and AI model providers for analysis.
Uploaded videos are removed from processing systems after analysis. Reports and job records are kept so your links keep working. Email us to delete your reports, footage, or account data and we will do so within 30 days.
You can request a copy or deletion of your data, and unsubscribe from any non-essential email. Contact: darrius@ultrainapp.com. Material changes to this policy will be posted here with a new effective date.
