Soccer Film 360 ("we", "us") analyzes soccer game footage you upload or link and produces a written player development report. Reports are automated analysis intended for training and development purposes only — they are opinions, not guarantees of athletic outcomes, playing time, or recruitment.
You must own or have permission to upload the footage you submit, including consent related to any minors appearing in it. You keep all rights to your footage. You grant us a limited license to process it solely to produce your report. Uploaded video files are processed and then removed from our processing systems; reports remain accessible via their private link.
Your first report is free. Continued use requires a subscription of $19.99/month, billed through Stripe, granting unlimited reports for personal, non-commercial use. You can cancel anytime via the "Manage subscription" link; access continues through the end of the paid period. Fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by law.
No uploading footage you lack rights to, no reselling reports, no attempting to disrupt or reverse-engineer the service, and no use that violates any law. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service.
The service is provided "as is". Automated video analysis has inherent limits — player identification and statistics may be imperfect, and reports may contain errors. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
